Born in Genoa in 1984, though originally from the Ligurian Riviera, Davide holds a degree in Event Planning, Management and Communication. He began his career collaborating with companies in the finance and administration sector whilst keeping alive his passion for literature by working for many years in a book shop. He speaks English, French and German, and also currently works as a freelance editorial and advertising designer. A fan of TV series, he is deeply in love with the city of Genoa and decided to join the OStellin project to tell others about his city and hear the stories told by its passing travelers.
Born in 1983, Betta holds a degree in Corporate and Social Communication. Passionate about travel, after 3 years working for an insurance company she decided to use the economic crisis to re-invent herself in the field of hospitality and to bring home a piece of the world. She speaks Italian, English and French, and can also imitate well Spanish and some Russian. She has eaten a whole tarantula in Cambodia. For Betta, being part of OStellin is like an extension of her living room, in which she can welcome friends who are passing by Genoa.
Born in 1984, wannabe drummer and Spanish and Portuguese enthusiast Matteo studied Psychology and spent a year studying abroad in Lisbon, a city which broadened his horizons. He returned home with an ambitious project: to open OStellin in order to make his wonderful city, Genoa, a more open place, as well as to have international experiences in his own city. Meeting together with other great, young, like-minded Genovesi led to the creation of what was once a far-off dream.
